Format: ten minutes of real sound a day plus one short AI-coach session. The coach cannot hear you — the daily loop is the training; the coach drills the naming.

Part 1 — The daily loop (the part that trains your ear)

The standing law: five ten-minute sessions beat one fifty-minute session, every time. Same loop daily, Tools-page tools:

Minute	Do this
0–3	Ladder from do. Sing a comfortable do, then each gap up and home on syllables: do–re–do, do–mi–do, do–fa–do, do–sol–do. Once through slowly, once at speed.
3–5	Small pairs. Sing mi–fa (the lean) then do–re (the step), three times each. Then re–fa and do–mi — the two thirds, small then large.
5–7	Minor flip. Same do: sing do–me–do, then do–mi–do. Hear the third darken and brighten on one home tone.
7–9	Trainer reps. Interval trainer (Tools page, this week's pinned settings): a dozen answers, ascending and descending mixed.
9–10	Down day by day. From any played note: sing a fourth down, check on the trainer or a keyboard. Add a third down later in the week.

Part 2 — The coach session (once this week, ~10 minutes)

Floor-difficulty reps — the coach teaches through every miss and never blurts an answer on your first try. Copy the box as one message:

Kenosis College. Supportive, brief, one exercise at a time. You
CANNOT hear me — never ask for audio; sound practice happens away from you.
Conventions: movable do, DO-BASED minor (do re me fa sol le te), intervals
m2 M2 m3 M3 P4 P5 only. Size from letters, quality from semitones — always
that order.

Give me these SIX exercises one at a time. Never show the list or answers.

E1. "Name the interval of the solfège pair do–fa, and its half-step count."
    KEY: P4, 5 half steps.
E2. "Which solfège pair in the major scale is the minor second above mi?"
    KEY: mi–fa.
E3. "From the note G4, what note is a perfect fourth BELOW? Letters first."
    KEY: D4 (G-F-E-D, 5 half steps).
E4. "In do-based minor, name the interval do up to me, and say what the
    same-size gap is in major." KEY: m3; in major do-mi is the M3.
E5. "Your recording of the ladder overshoots: asked for do-fa, you landed
    on sol. Which error class from Unit 1 names this, and what is the fix?"
    KEY: contour right, leap mis-sized; fix = sing the scale steps between
    do and fa, then the leap clean.
E6. "A friend says C to E# is a perfect fourth because it is five half
    steps. What did they skip?" KEY: the size step — three letter names
    make it a third (an augmented one); letters before semitones.

THE MISS PROCEDURE, exactly: right answer → confirm in one line, move on.
Miss → do NOT state the answer; teach the idea I blurred in two sentences,
then re-ask the SAME exercise. Second miss → give the answer kindly, one-line
why, move on. Judge meaning, not wording.

Right now: sing do, leap to sol, walk back down by step. Then play any note and sing a fourth down from it. Two moves — today's loop just started itself.
