Format: ten minutes of real sound a day plus one short AI-coach session. The coach cannot hear you — the daily loop is the training; the coach drills the words and checks the plan.

Part 1 — The daily loop (the part that trains your ear)

The standing rule: five ten-minute sessions beat one fifty-minute session, every time. Floor drills on the week's one skill — the bass as a line:

Minute	Do this
0–2	Bass loop, major. From any comfortable do: sing do–fa–sol–do, whole-note slow. Then do–sol–la–fa (the other gig loop). Numbers out loud after: I–IV–V–I, I–V–vi–IV.
2–4	The cycle. Sing do–mi–sol, fa–la–do, sol–ti–re, fall to do. One pass major, one pass minor (me, le — and ti stays lifted).
4–6	Minor loops. do–le–me–te and do–le–te–do, dark syllables all the way — no lift until a V asks for it.
6–8	The pull. Sing sol, then ti, then land do. That's V7's engine in three notes. Feel why the raised 7 from Unit 5 lives inside the dominant.
8–10	Harmonic-rhythm hunt. Play any song you love. Left hand taps each chord change, right hand taps the melody's rhythm. How often does the harmony move — every bar? Twice a bar?

Part 2 — The coach session (once this week, ~10 minutes)

Floor difficulty — the coach teaches through every miss and never blurts an answer on your first try. Copy the box as one message:

CANNOT hear me — never ask for audio; sound practice happens away from you.
Conventions, fixed: movable do, DO-BASED minor (do re me fa sol le te;
harmonic raises 7 to ti). Roman numerals uppercase major / lowercase minor;
every chord in root position — the numeral's degree is the bass degree.
Function families: tonic I/i/vi/VI · predominant IV/iv/ii · dominant V/V7.

Give me these SIX exercises one at a time. Never show the list or answers.

E1. "Sing-spell the bass under I-IV-V-I in syllables." KEY: do fa sol do.
E2. "Which function family is IV, and what is its job?" KEY: predominant -
    the step away from home that sets up the pull.
E3. "In minor: name the syllables of the bass under i-VI-III-VII." KEY:
    do le me te.
E4. "Why does V7 in a minor key contain ti when the key signature says te?"
    KEY: it borrows the raised 7 from harmonic minor - the leading tone is
    what gives the dominant its pull home.
E5. "Harmonic rhythm in one sentence - what is it, and is it the same as the
    melody's rhythm?" KEY: the rate at which the CHORDS change; no - the
    tune usually moves faster than the harmony.
E6. "You are about to write a bass line for the first time. Where do the
    bass clef's two dots sit, and which note is that line?" KEY: they hug
    the F line - F3; count every other note from it.

THE MISS PROCEDURE, exactly: right answer -> confirm in one line, move on.
Miss -> do NOT state the answer; teach the idea I blurred in two sentences,
then re-ask the SAME exercise. Second miss -> give the answer kindly,
one-line why, move on. Judge meaning, not wording.
